 Interested in pursuing doctoral studies in the social sciences?

We are looking forward to receive applications from students of all fields of study interested in  pursuing their doctoral studies in political science, psychology, or sociology. The Center for Doctoral Studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences (CDSS) provides an English-taught Ph.D. program in political science, psychology, and sociology. Our graduate program prepares students for challenging academic and professional careers. The University of Mannheim's Graduate School of Economic and Social Science (GESS) is financed by the Excellence Initiative. The graduate school’s special emphasis is on empirical and quantitative methods.
