INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF FILLED-IN APPLICATION FORMS

The Research Unit of the University invites application forms for M.Phil/Ph.D programmes on the prescribed formats. M.Phil/Ph.D programmes offered by the University for July 2010/ Jan, 2011 are placed below. ·                       Filled in applications received up to the 18^th June, 2010 shall be considered for July 2010/January, 2011.

·                      Do not wait till last date for submission of filled-in application forms. Early submission will facilitate faster processing by the Research Unit for M.Phil/Ph.D Disciplines of the School/Centre of the University.

·                      Filled in applications received after 18^th June up to 31^st October, 2010 shall be considered for January 2011 only.

·                       Candidate must submit (i) “Application Form” and (ii)“ Format for Additional Information” together to the Research Unit, IGNOU, New Delhi-110068 subscribing on the envelop “Application Form for M.Phil/Ph.D”.

Soft copy of the Application form is available on the site from 18th May 2010. Hard copies of the Prospectus will be available from IGNOU HQs shortly (i.e., from the Research Unit of IGNOU, New Delhi). However, hard copies of Prospectus will also be available at all Regional Centres subsequently at a later date. Prospective candidates can download the soft copy of the Prospectus and submit filled in Application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs 750/-( In favour of “IGNOU” payable at “New Delhi”) to the Director,  Research Unit, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110068 on or before the  last date given in the Advertisement.
